Dog training and home boarding with a difference

Based in Crewe, Cheshire, Captain K9 is my friendly and personal dog training and home boarding company, concerned with the welfare and good behaviour of all breeds of dogs. 

With a love of all things canine, and as a registered member of ADTB, it is my aim and genuine intention to improve the lives of dogs and owners for the better.

With over 20 years of experience as a dog behaviourist, my techniques are centred around communication coaching. Primarily I work with the owners, instilling you with the skills to use your body language, eye contact and other communication tools effectively. Because I work with you in your home I am also able to observe your dog in his/her own environment - many people find this an advantage to dog training classes. My methods are also very cost-effective because I only need one session to asses your dog and put together your tailored training package.

In addition to dog training I also take on dogs for home boarding - a popular alternative to dog kennels when you go on holiday.

My philosophy:

Many people have a loving pet who is a member of their family. Sometimes situations can evolve because it is very difficult for us to THINK DOG! Although we love and care for our pets we need a little window into the world from a canine point of view to expand our understanding of how to meet our dog's needs. That's where Captain K9 comes into the picture. Every dog is a potential superhero!!

With the correct information and guidance it is my belief that dogs and owners can live in peace and harmony without the need to feel trapped and living in a battlefield.

I consider it a privilege to offer my services to responsible dog and pet owners.

Based in Crewe, Cheshire I visit owners in all the surrounding areas, including Stoke-on-Trent, Chester, Warrington and Congleton.
